I ordered from Katseyestore and had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service. But why did it take so long just to get a reply? I ended up having to send another message before anyone got back to me.

When they finally responded, the answer was super short and didn’t really solve anything. I mean, what’s the point of customer support if you still feel stuck afterward? It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected a little more help.

I got my order quicker than I thought I would, and everything went smoothly. The whole process was really easy from start to finish, with no issues at all.

I don’t know, I expected the return process to be straightforward, but it ended up taking weeks to get my refund. Support did reply a little, but not much, and I kept feeling like I had to chase for updates. Just a frustrating experience overall

I ordered these from katseyestore.com, and they looked close to the pictures, which I was happy about. Shipping was kinda average, not super quick, but not painfully slow either.
The only downside was that my eyes started feeling a bit dry and irritated after wearing them for a few hours. I do have sensitive eyes, so it might just be me, but I’d probably only wear these for shorter outings instead of all day

The pages were loading slow for me and a few buttons just didnt seem to do what they were supposed to. I was only trying to find basic info but it took way longer than it should have and the layout felt really cluttered on my phone.
After messing with it for a bit I just gave up. The products might be fine but the website itself needs alot of work before I’d want to use it again.

The code did work at checkout, so I can’t really complain too much, but figuring out which deal actually applied was more confusing than I expected. I had to test a couple of codes before one went through, which made me second-guess whether I was missing something or just not reading the sale terms right.

Overall, it was fine. I did save some money, so I guess it worked out, but I do wish the discounts were explained a little better upfront. Not a bad experience, just not one I’d call super smooth either...

The lenses are nice overall, and the color does show up, just not quite as bright as I was expecting from the photos. In regular lighting they look more subtle, which can still be depending on the look you want. I was just hoping for a bit more pop. Shipping was fine too. I’d say 3 stars for me.

The actual order was fine inside, but the packaging looked rough. The box was crushed, messy, and seemed like someone threw it together in a hurry. They make it sound like everything is packed with care, but that feels vague when it arrives looking like this. Not a great first impression.

The site felt real and trustworthy to me. I got the confirmation email and receipt right after ordering, and everything showed up fine with no weird issues.

But once I put them on and saw myself in daylight, I felt disappointed. The color looked flat and kind of fake on me, and instead of making my eyes look subtle or fresh, they just made them look a little off. Maybe they’d work for photos or a certain makeup look, but for everyday wear, they weren’t it for me. I wouldn’t order them again

The lens lasted alright, but it scratched faster than I expected. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally upset, but it’s a bit annoying. What made it more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible if there was an issue, the seller, the brand, or someone else. Felt like nobody clearly owned it...

I reached out about the issue I was having, i’m not sure if I explained it badly or what, but it didn’t really get anywhere. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, I didn’t feel like I got much actual help. Maybe I’m missing something, but I’m still stuck with the same problem.

Unfortunately, these lenses just didn’t work well for me. After wearing them for a short time, they started feeling dry and a bit scratchy, which made them uncomfortable. I really couldn’t keep them in for long, so in my case, they ended up feeling like a waste. Maybe they’ll suit someone else better, but for me, they weren’t a good fit.

The tracking was sorta easy to follow, and I appreciated the updates along the way
